Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the product you received, you have 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
To request one, email gerenciahriq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
